Cryptocurrency CFD Trading – A Powerful Opportunity
Instead of going the route of getting a digital wallet, finding in exchange, and worrying about the overall cyber security aspect of the crypto currencies, if you are looking to merely profit off of short-term moves, crypto currencies are now being traded in the CFD markets.
Not all brokers offer this, but it is starting to become more common. You see Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ethereum, Monero, and many of the other major crypto currencies out there being offered on the MetaTrader 4 platform. This gives you the simplicity of buying and selling without a lot of the headaches. Also, this offers leverage that is far larger than most true crypto currency exchanges will offer. Typically, you will see a 3 to 1 leverage possibility, but with a broker, you will often see more leverage offered, perhaps as much as 20 to 1.
While this trading isn’t necessarily for everyone, this gives you the ability to trade several currencies without worrying about conversions, and of course makes it much more simple. It comes with a easy-to-use platform, which most of you will be very familiar with. While not all currencies are offered, there are enough out there that most of you will find that taking this route might be a solution that makes a lot of sense. It’s not unless you plan on using the crypto currencies in a store that there would be any difference. If you are simply trying to profit from rising or falling prices, your broker will exchange or Bitcoin’s into US dollars for example, all under the radar and behind closed doors. This simplifies the entire process, and of course gives you a trading platform that offers a plethora of technical analysis tools to get you on the right side of the trade. As time goes on, I expect that there will be more brokers offering this type of trading.
